SHIPPING TERMS AND METHODS
All our shipments depart from our headquarters and main office and warehouse, located in Italy.
All shipments are entrusted to specialized non-generic couriers (except for the express shipping method), which offer a handling service dedicated to furniture and furnishing products. Our main partner for shipments to Europe has been DB SCHENKER INTERNATIONAL for more than 15 years.
We always strive to ensure (and indeed improve) the transit times of our shipments. However, we also want to maintain an adequate level of safety in transport, so sometimes speed must be sacrificed in favor of the safety of the goods.
All our shipments offer telephone delivery notice service. The delivery note always shows the telephone number and email provided by the customer when placing the order. We therefore ask you to always and only use contacts that guarantee maximum availability.
Delivery always takes place at the street level (in front of the house number indicated in the delivery address). The delivery address provided must always guarantee maximum accessibility to means of transport, even large ones.
Porterage services are not provided nor can they be offered, unless otherwise agreed and always with quotations to be budgeted).
We reserve the right to cancel the order in advance or request an alternative delivery address, if the delivery address appears to be within a restricted traffic zone, an area with private access or is subject to any other type. limitation of the circulation of heavy vehicles.
If the goods have already been shipped and the delivery cannot take place due to the previous eventualities, we reserve the right to charge the customer the additional costs of management and delivery (and / or those of returning the goods).
The parcel tracking service is offered (but not always guaranteed) only for methods 2) and 3) listed below.
Below we detail the shipping methods we offer to our European customers.
1) STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping (delivery throughout Europe, islands and disadvantaged locations excluded) is always free when the amount of the cart exceeds € 400,00 (including taxes).
Delivery times for standard shipping range from 16 to 30 days, starting from the final confirmation of the order (see "PAYMENTS" section on the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" page).
2) FAST SHIPPING
Fast shipping (delivery throughout Europe, excluding islands and disadvantaged locations) has variable costs, which depend on three different factors: the delivery location, the size of the package and the type of product. If you choose the express delivery method, the related costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery times for standard shipping range from 7 to 15 days, starting from the final confirmation of the order (see the "PAYMENTS" section on the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" page).
3) EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping (delivery throughout Europe, islands and remote locations excluded) is only available for products with limited packaging dimensions. This type of shipment has variable costs, which depend on three different factors: the delivery location, the size of the package and the type of product. If you choose the express delivery method, the related costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery times for standard shipping range from 2 to 8 working days, starting from the final confirmation of the order (see "Payments" section on the "Terms of Sale" page).
